Music indeed can move people's heart.

I happened to find this ebook while I was reviewing the book about Eugenia and Lucille Lincoln for my podcast, 3 Teachers Talk for book recommendation.

In Where Are You Going, baby Lincoln, I got a slight picture of Eugenia was like: a bossy yet caring sister to Lucille. Eugenia was hot tempered while her sister was the opposite. One day, these sisters got a surprising package addressed to Eugenia. As far as she could recall she didn't order anything, but how could that package arrive on their door?

Lucille was excited to see the big intimidating package, so were their neighbors, including the cat and the pig 😁. But Eugenia was furious. She insisted to return the package where it was sent from. But the delivery agency didn't receive any returns 😅😅😅

And so, they opened the package, and voila, a beautiful stunning shimmering accordion appeared from the box. One of the neighbors gladly played the accordion and others clapped and danced. Eugenia? She slammed her room door and had her endless grumble 🤭

The next day, came a short man offering himself to tutor Eugenia to play accordion. But she grabbed the instrument and bought it outside with the intention to sell it, to bury it, or to throw it away. But something in the way stopped her and miraculously changed her mind about the accordion.

It ended happily for Lincoln sisters and the rest.

The end.

Love the story and the illustrations 😍
